Surrogacy

Gestational surrogacy is a fantastic option for same-sex male couples or single male patients. We can use the sperm from one or both fathers and the egg from a donor to create an embryo, which is then transferred to a surrogate. Single female patients can also utilize resources such as surrogacy and use their own eggs to create the embryo.

Reciprocal IVF

Reciprocal IVF allows same-sex female couples to both participate in the process of having a baby. One of the mothers donates her eggs, which are then fertilized with donor sperm. The resulting embryo is transferred to the other partner to continue the pregnancy.

Egg and Sperm Donation

Same-sex male couples can use egg donation coupled with surrogacy to grow their families. Same-sex female couples can use sperm donation and reciprocal IVF. Egg and sperm donation can be anonymous, or from a trusted friend or family member.  We work with trusted donation and cryopreservation agencies to coordinate your treatment at our fertility clinics in Denver and Englewood (I-25 & Lincoln).

Help for Transgender Patients

Transgender patients face unique circumstances and challenges when growing their families. We can help overcome many of these barriers through customized fertility care at our state-of-the-art fertility clinics in Denver and Englewood (I-25 & Lincoln).

Most transgender patients' family-building goals can be addressed through a combination of fertility treatments, which may include sperm or egg donors, gestational surrogacy, IVF, or artificial insemination (IUI). We can also cryopreserve sperm and eggs prior to any gender-affirming or hormone replacement therapies to preserve your fertility.

Our fertility experts have many years of experience caring for patients of all sexual orientations and helping non-traditional couples build healthy families in Denver and the surrounding communities.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Dr. Ambler and her team! I’ve done IVF 4 times and now freezing my eggs for the second time. I’ve seen every reproductive endocrinologist in this state and her and her team have by far the best bedside manner and compassion. Dr. Ambler has excellent results and cares about her patients. The nurses are actually kind and considerate. This is the only place I’d recommend if wanting to grow your family.

"My wife and I started the process of reciprocal IVF with Dr. Ambler and team in 2020, fresh in the cusp of COVID madness and we had numerous hurdles to walk through learning how our insurance coverage for reciprocal IVF worked and what we needed, but this team was with us 100% of the time! Even in the midst of world chaos, they provided the 1 true safe haven we could count on. When we called about questions, our primary nursing assistant, Brittany contacted us regularly to let us know what was going on, things we could do to move the process along and made sure to provide understanding and empathy to anything that we needed. Our first cycle was not successful, but as soon as we were ready this team jumped right in and was cheering us on, they were earnest in making sure that the second time was a success. Dr. Ambler made sure to contact my wife and I to discuss what options we had, what she saw analysis wise, and factors that may have associated with the failed cycle. We followed her lead, we listened to her guidance, we did literally everything she or Brittany told us to do and the second time we were successful! My wife is currently 31 weeks pregnant and it's all because of the warmth that the team provided us at every single visit, the time that this team took to walk us through whatever we had questions about or if we just sent a bunch of emails in the portal, they ALWAYS responded. This team deserves just as much patience as we request, and we ensured to give them the same energy that they gave us. We adore this team and are proud to have had the opportunity to work with them not only in the successes but the failures as well. I cannot continue to say how much I appreciate & adore Dr. Ambler and her team of experts for being with us in this journey and getting us through this journey!!!"
